1. Agreement Between User and Esperanza’s Sanctuary

“Esperanza’s Sanctuary LLC,” a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Sky Valley, California (including activities formerly under "All Big Canines"), operates this website. By accessing, using, or donating through this Site (www.EsperanzasSanctuary.com), you accept these Terms in full.

2. Mission and Services

Our mission includes credentialed training and behavior services (in-person and virtual), community composting, animal rescue and sanctuary care, educational workshops, and food-sovereignty initiatives.

3. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or communicating via email (including those formerly under AllBigCanines.com), you consent to receive communications electronically, which satisfy any legal writing requirements.

4. Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under age 13. Users under 18 may only use the Site with a parent or guardian’s active involvement and permission.

5. Payments, Donations & Refunds

All donations and payments are final unless stated otherwise. You must follow the refund or cancellation policies detailed during workshop or training registration or via invoice. For suspected errors, please contact us at [email protected].
